Join Chef Arianna Pasquini for a cooking class and optional market tour in Rome. All classes are private, so it’s just your party and Arianna. They take place in a beautiful kitchen in Rome’s Monteverde neighborhood and, depending on availability, can be taken in the morning starting at 10:30 or 11:00am (for a lunchtime meal) or in the afternoon starting at 4:00 or 4:30pm (for a dinnertime meal). You will have a choice between a few menus for a 5-course meal that you will prepare during the class.

After cooking, you will sit down to enjoy the meal (along with some wine). The dishes you prepare will reflect Roman and other central Italian flavors and seasons; however, if you wish, your class can be customized to focus on specific dishes and techniques, such as pizza making or fish.
